for the uniforms according to rank.
The Guildchampion has the title "Defender of the Woods"
regardless of his prior rank.
RECRUIT / INITIATE
Every new character starts at
level 0 and is mentored by a more experienced guild member.
After a probatory time of 2 to 3 weeks (or longer, depending on the
recruit's activity), the mentor will report on the recruit's behaviour
and if he will be an assett to Silverleaf.
There will be a second guild stone with limited wars for new members
unknown to us and without a reference - this will help us to prevent
guild pking.
ASPIRANT / SCOUT
An Aspirant or Scout is a young
member of Silverleaf, but has now official / command power.
The decision about advancement is made by the higher ranking
guildmembers.
FOREST GUARD / SQUIRE /
GROVEKEEPER
These are veteran members and have
both natural authority as well as great experience - but no formal
command power.
Forest Guards may apply to become
Wardens. Wardens dedicate their lifes to defending Silverleaf. They are
heavily armored and do nay use stealth or ranged attacks. Their
dedication to the virtues and nature enables them to draw from special
mystic powers.
GLADE WARDEN / KEEPER / MYSTIC
These are officers or officials
with command power.
Glade Wardens command a group of 5 to 10 scouts.
RANGER / WARDEN / DRUID
Highest commanding rank in
Silverleaf. They have great power and great knowglede about nature.
This is the highest rank a non GM / AGM usually can earn if
the GM is a member of the same caste. A Ranger commands up to 3 Gladewardens
- and their scouts.
The GM usually takes the title "Lord of Silverleaf" but may as
well be referred to as "Elder Druid" or "Captain of the
Rangers". The AGM wears a title according to his function. This may
be "Mayor of Silverleaf" if he is a civilian, Druid or Ranger.
