Charta of
Silverleaf
This is the charta of Silverleaf
with the basic rules and information .
Political Situation
Silverleaf is an independent
settlement, governed by the Lord or Lady of Silverleaf.
The Lord or Lady chooses one deputy.
Silverleaf is not directly aligned with the royal crown of
Britannia, now under regency. Nor is it aligned with the
human dwellers of the Yew area, calling themselves Guardsmen
Militia.
Silverleaf acknowledged the rule of Lord British as ruler of
all Britannia and freely followed his verdicts. The regency
is acknowledged and as long as the situation is instable,
Silverleaf will continue to be independent.
Silverleaf does not claim any territory besides the lands
already legally owned.
The Castes
Every citizen of Silverleaf is
freeborn and can not loose his or her freedom under
Silverleaf law.
Membership in the castes and advancement in rank is not
bound to any racial prerequisites.
Silverleaf citizens consist of three castes.
| 1. |
The Druids and
Mystics |
| 2. |
The Rangers and
Wardens |
| 3. |
The Citizenry |
The Druids are lead by the Elder
Druid who usually also takes the office as Lord or Lady of
Silverleaf.
The Rangers have the duty and honour to protect the peace
and the citizens of Silverleaf.
Both Lord and deputy-Lord can be chosen from any of the
three castes.
The people of Silverleaf
Silverleaf is a settlement of
Humans and Elves and people from the other free sentient
races.
Everybody who follows the rules of Silverleaf can become a
